1. What is a Tiny Tree?
A Tiny Tree is a handcrafted piece of holiday decor featuring a miniature Christmas tree made from garland with lights lights, beautifully arranged on a backlit background in various traditional and sports themed designs. All feature contemporary or traditional and frames in various color combinations. Many designs to choose from to bring festive sparkle to any space.
2. Where can these trees be placed or displayed safely?
These trees are designed to go in many places including a easel stand on the back for table top placement and a hanging hole on the back of the tree to hang on a hook or other fastener in/on the wall. The choice of hanging fixture is of course up to you but in should support at least 3 lbs safely over time.
Please keep the frames out of reach of children, pets and foot traffic. In such areas we recommend you hang the tree on the wall safely out of reach of children, pets and foot traffic.
3. Do the Tiny Trees light up?
Yes. Each Tiny Tree has battery operated LED lights on an automatic timer. There are also light behind the background picture as well on all models.
4. What sizes are available?
The center tree section is 5” x 7”. The outer size of the frame is 7.5” x 9.5”. The outer size of the display box is 9” x 11” x 2”.
5. Can I request a custom or themed Tiny Tree?

6. How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. You will see various options for shipping times during check out. Please note that shipping is an additional charge.
7. Are batteries required for Tiny Trees.
Yes. Each tree uses 3 AA batteries (not included). Each set of batteries can last for many hours but length depends on the type of batteries you choose. On average we have seen around 6-10 days at 6 hours each day with high quality batteries. The lights will start to dim as the batteries run out.
8. Where can I see Tiny Tree Christmas in person?
We participate in select holiday shows and boutiques, including the Kansas City Holiday Boutique (Nov. 19–23, Overland Park Convention Center). Check our homepage or News section for upcoming events and booth details.
9. How do I care for my Tiny Tree?
Tiny Trees are designed for indoor use only. Keep away from moisture. Remove batteries before long term storage and store in provided packaging or similar.
10. What if my Tiny Tree arrives damaged?
We take great care with packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
